A plant for all seasons.  Winterberry holly ‘Red Sprite’ is a great compact shrub with tiny white flowers in late spring followed by attractive dark green glossy leaves in summer.  It stands out in the landscape during the fall when the plant is loaded with bright red berries.   A male plant is require to pollinate the female flowers of ‘Red Sprite’.  The cultivar ‘Jim Dandy’ is  a companion to ‘Red Sprite’ and one plant should be planted in close proximity  to ensure fruit set.
